Chemicals

The Chemicals Section members are importers and distributors of industrial chemicals, raw materials for plastics, and chemicals for vehicles. The section is the national co-ordinator of a voluntary Responsible Care (RC) programme of the chemicals trading industry. The programme is called Responsibility for Tomorrow in Finland and is a version of the programme focused on the chemicals trade. The biggest chemicals distributors are committed to RC. The section is a member of FECC (Fédération Européenne du Commerce Chimique), the international umbrella organisation for the industry.
