The members of the Process Automation section are mainly companies distributing instrumentation equipment for the process industry. The most important product sectors are:
Services for the customer industry form a growing part of the member companies´ turnover. Until 2009, turnover has been growing because of the increased demand for outsourced services.
The section follows changes closely and discusses with members how the changes affect their businesses. Supporting the development of new business models of member companies is an essential part of the section´s work.
